Ownership of custom work delivered to clients is governed by the applicable project agreement.

Payment schedules, milestones, and invoicing terms are defined in each client's project agreement. Late or missing payments may result in a pause of active work until resolved.
7. Limitation of Liability
Fifteen 01 Technologies will perform services with reasonable skill and care, but we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate an active project engagement in accordance with the terms set out in the relevant signed agreement. General use of this website may be discontinued by either party at any time.
